As the lead creative producer and project manager for a global brand's live events, I worked directly with the internal team, freelancers, and production partners to create compelling media content for print and multiscreen stages using the client’s original assets.
In this role, it was my responsibility to ensure that all stakeholders remained aligned on project goals and timelines. This included keeping the internal teams on track and on schedule, as well as ensuring that our clients were fully aware of project design iterations, timelines, milestones, and next steps. By effectively managing workflows, we were able to deliver successful live events.
I managed the show package deliverables for global pharmaceutical distributor, McKesson when they hosted their broadcasted Amplify event at the Four Season in Las Vegas 2022. I also produced and managed their internal senior leaders meeting deliverable package that included animations, keynote presentations and prints.
